the hotel fell short of expectations the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly floors were never cleaned for two weeks the dining hall also was not clean tables were wiped with a cloth but no spray was used cleanliness around the pool was an issue sunbeds were filthy

i enjoyed the hotel facilities. the pool was large with many sunbeds. the poolside roller skating waiters provided prompt service. i found the coffee bars offered great inclusive starbucks drinks.
it sometimes took a while to get to the room. it was a bit inconvenient.

inadequate bar areamisleading advertisement
the main bar area resembled a hotel reception more than an actual bar i found it disappointing there was no separate bar area with televisions to watch sports plus the starbucks advertised wasn't actually a starbucks it was just a nescafé outlet this lack of a proper bar and sports viewing area really impacted my enjoyment the hotel could use a dedicated space for adults to relax and socialize without kids club music playing
